Meet the owners
Built on shared experience and values, Vinny and Jake combine their backgrounds in restoration operations and leadership to create a better customer experience. Both began their careers as technicians in the field, learning the trade from the ground up and gaining firsthand knowledge of what it takes to deliver quality work under pressure. Through hard work, dedication, and a commitment to doing things the right way, they quickly rose through the ranks into senior leadership roles.
That journey gives them a unique perspective — they understand every stage of a project because they’ve personally worked every stage of a project. From emergency response and mitigation to final walkthrough, they know what excellence looks like in the field and behind the scenes.
Their hands-on approach ensures every project is managed with care, transparency, and attention to detail from day one through completion. By combining technical expertise with strong leadership and a customer-first mindset, Vinny and Jake are committed to delivering results that not only restore properties, but also restore peace of mind.
Vinny McCroy
Vinny lives in Mt. Lebanon with his girlfriend, Nikki, and their two cats, Morty and Chess. He comes from a big family of six based in the Mt. Pocono area and credits that upbringing with shaping his values around family, connection, and loyalty.
Outside of work, Vinny has played sports throughout his life and is naturally competitive. He’s an acoustic guitar enthusiast, a self-proclaimed food lover, and in his free time enjoys trying to play golf and spending time with the people closest to him. His long-term dream is to build a remote cabin where he and Nikki can unplug, slow down, and disconnect from the noise of everyday life.
Co-Founderjake Hall
Jake lives in Bellevue with his girlfriend, Meghan, whom he met while playing soccer at Waynesburg University. As the oldest of his siblings, whose family is from State College, he strives to be a good role model and values staying closely connected to family and friends.
In his free time, Jake enjoys playing soccer, is an avid sports fan (Go Steelers!), and loves spending time with the people who matter most to him. A man of faith, he’s grounded in strong values and looks forward to building a big family of his own in the future.
